“Fars”: Iran’s “Khorramshahr-4” Hypersonic Missiles Deployed in Bunker for the First Time

Iran’s “Khorramshahr-4” long-range hypersonic ballistic missiles have been deployed for the first time in an “underground missile city,” a bunker.

Elchi.az reports that the local “Fars” agency reported this, citing a source in the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (SEPAH).

The report stated that the “Khorramshahr-4” gains a speed of 16 Mach outside the atmosphere and approximately 8 Mach in the atmosphere, and the time to reach the Israeli borders after launch is estimated to be approximately 10-12 minutes.

The “Khorramshahr-4” missile was officially presented in 2023. Its flight range is approximately 2000 km, and its warhead is approximately 1500 kg (higher figures are also found in some publications).

It should be reminded that in June 2025, the Israeli Air Force attacked the warehouses where these missiles were stored. The US insists on stopping Iran’s missile program.
