In the current year, significant priority will be given to artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions in improving services.
Elchi.az reports that this was stated by Kenan Akparov, Director of the DOST Digital Innovations Center, at a press conference held at the center.
He stated that AI solutions are being tested, especially in disability assessments.
“Currently, the automatic determination of the disability group gives a correct result with a probability of up to 90%. All applications received from citizens will be accepted from a single center and managed centrally based on the “Omnichannel” approach,” he emphasized.
