There will be no work for 11 consecutive days – From this date

Based on the Labor Code and decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, changes have been made to the sequence of working and resting days for March.

Elchi.az reports that since March 8 – International Women’s Day falls on a Sunday this year, the next day – March 9 is a non-working day. In connection with Novruz holiday, March 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 are considered holidays. Considering that March 21 and 22 fall on Saturday and Sunday, March 25 and 26 have also been designated as additional non-working days.

At the same time, Ramadan Bayram will be celebrated on March 20 and 21. Due to the overlap of Ramadan Bayram with the Novruz holidays, by the decision of the government, March 27 and 30 were also designated as holidays.

Thus, there will be no consecutive working days in the country from March 20 to 30.
