The number of unresolved issues regarding the peaceful resolution of the Russia-Ukraine war is gradually decreasing, but the most difficult issues still remain on the agenda.
Elchi.az reports that US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said this at a press conference while commenting on the tripartite negotiations between Washington, Kyiv and Moscow in Abu Dhabi.
“The number of unresolved issues has decreased significantly. This is good news. The bad news is that the most difficult issues still remain,” he emphasized.
Rubio noted that the delegations of the three countries continue consultations aimed at finding concrete solutions and practical steps to stabilize the situation in Ukraine.
“The only thing I can say about this is that – we (the American administration – ed.) spend a lot of time and energy on this. We will continue to do everything possible to see if there will be progress,” the head of the foreign policy department said.
