Elchi.az reports that Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan – Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, wrote about this on his “X” account.
“History is being written between Azerbaijan and Armenia — peace is being achieved!” – the Presidential Aide noted.
