The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has fined an official of “Fintrend” NBCO LLC 2,000 manats.

According to the information, within the framework of ongoing control processes carried out by the CBA, the official of “Fintrend” Non-Bank Credit Organization Limited Liability Company was fined 2,000 manats by the Baku Court of Appeal based on Article 598.1.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses in connection with violation of the requirements of the legislation on combating the legalization of property obtained by criminal means and the financing of terrorism.
