Iran intends to change the format of negotiations with the United States to a bilateral format and change the venue from Turkey to Oman.
Elchi.az reports that the Axios portal reported this, citing its sources.
“Two sources familiar with the situation told Axios that Iran demanded on Friday that the location and format of its talks with the US be changed. The Iranians want to move the talks from Istanbul to Oman. They now want the talks to be bilateral, with only the US participating, instead of several Arab and Muslim countries participating as observers,” the article said.
