Employees of the 19th Police Division of the Nasimi District Police Department conducted another operation against the sale and illegal circulation of drugs.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs to Elchi.az, 42-year-old Eldar Aliyev, who had been previously convicted several times, was detained as a suspect during the measures.
Nearly 6 kilograms of marijuana and hashish were found and seized from him. The detainee stated in his testimony that he acquired the drugs for the purpose of selling them.
A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact, and E.Aliyev has been involved in the investigation as an accused person.
Investigations are ongoing.
