Based on applications made to the “E-Complaint” platform of the Information Communication Technologies Agency (IKTA), the riskiest internet providers for the past year have been announced.
Elchi.az was informed about this by IKTA.
According to the information, “Uplink” LLC, as well as “Flexnet” and “Sline” LLCs, which were included in the list in the IV quarter, are among the most problematic providers in the market with both high complaint indexes and long response times.
In particular, the fact that the response time for “Uplink” provider extends up to 30 days in some quarters raises serious concerns in terms of consumer rights.
