The article states that Chinese CNC machines with digital program control play a key role in the production of the missile. These equipments are used for planing and cutting metal, and they were discovered in particular at the Votkinsk plant, where Oreshnik, Iskander-M and Topol-M missiles are produced.
In addition, it is noted that Beijing sends Russia billions of dollars worth of microchips, components for radar and electronic warfare (EW) systems, optical devices and measuring equipment.
According to analysts, access to Chinese technologies and markets allows Russia to evade sanctions and increase military production.
