A total of 4 billion 465.7 million manats have been allocated from the 2025 state budget for the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories.

It was noted that 3781.9 million manats or 84.7 percent of that amount falls to the share of the targeted funds intended for the reconstruction and restoration of the liberated territories, 373.2 million manats or 8.3 percent falls to the share of the reserve fund of the state budget, 258.5 million manats or 5.8 percent falls to the share of state capital investment expenditures, and 52.1 million manats or 1.2 percent falls to the share of funds allocated from other reserves of the state budget.
