During operations carried out by employees of the Main Drug Enforcement Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Alish Aliyev, Dashgin Rzayev, Miryusif Abbasov, Yusif Rahimov, Mahmud Nazarov and Ulviyya Aslanova, previously convicted, were detained on suspicion of selling drugs in the capital.
According to the Ministry to Elchi.az, 21 kg of marijuana, heroin, methamphetamine and 246 psychotropic pills were found on them.
During the investigation, it was determined that the detainees organized the sale and illegal circulation of drugs in the country. Criminal cases have been initiated on the facts and a detention measure has been chosen for each of them by a court decision.
The fight against illegal drug trafficking continues uninterrupted.
