In 2025, the number of civil cases submitted to the Supreme Court in the Civil Collegium decreased compared to the previous year, while the number of cases submitted to the Plenum in additional cassation procedure increased.
Elchi.az reports that this was announced at the meeting of the Plenum of the Supreme Court dedicated to the results of 2025.
It was reported that a total of 234,597 cases were submitted to the republican courts for civil cases. This figure increased by 8.3 percent compared to the previous period. Although the number of appealed cases increased by 3.5 percent, the number of cassation complaints decreased by 5.9 percent.
