Oil has become more expensive in global commodity markets.
Elchi.az reports that the price of WTI crude oil on the NYMEX exchange in New York for the March contract of the current year increased by US$1.71 or 2.88% to US$61.07 per barrel.
The price of Brent crude oil on the ICE London exchange for the March contract increased by US$1.82 or 2.84% to US$65.88.
It should be noted that the increase in oil prices occurred against the background of strengthening expectations related to supply risks in the markets and general positive dynamics in the energy sector.
