The US has announced new sanctions against Iran.
According to Elchi.az, the US Treasury Department has released information about this.
The ministry stated that the sanctions will apply to nine ships in Iran’s “shadow fleet,” as well as the companies that own them.
All property and assets of sanctioned entities and individuals located in the United States will be blocked.
The ministry added that the restrictions are aimed at reducing the Iranian government’s revenue.
