According to the requirements of the legislation in Azerbaijan, operators and providers providing Internet telecommunication services must register within 15 days from the start of service provision.
This was reported to Elchi.az from the Information Communication Technologies Agency (ICTA).
It was noted that the documents submitted by Klassnet LLC for registration revealed that the Company did not fulfill this requirement in a timely manner.
In this regard, an administrative offense protocol was drawn up in accordance with Article 370-1.0.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan and sent to the Sabail District Court of Baku for consideration. By the decision of the court, an administrative fine of 1500 manats was imposed on the Company.
