Education expert Kamran Asadov, accused of influencing exam results, has been arrested in the courtroom.
According to Elchi.az, the next court hearing of Kamran Asadov and Gunduz Abbasov, accused in a criminal case related to the use of illegal technical means in entrance exams, was held in the Ganja City Court.
The testimonies of the victims were heard in the process. Based on the heard statements, by the decision of the court, the measure of restraint of police supervision chosen against K. Asadov was canceled and a measure of restraint of arrest was chosen against him. He was arrested in the courtroom.
It should be noted that K. Asadov and G. Abbasov have been charged under Articles 302.3 (illegal sale or acquisition for the purpose of selling technical means intended for obtaining secret information) and 308.1 (abuse of official powers) of the Criminal Code.
