Zelensky stated that the Donbas issue (withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from Kramatorsk and Slavyansk, as well as 25% of Donbas) will be the main topic of discussion at the talks to be held in Abu Dhabi today.

“I am sure that this is Zelensky’s cunning game. In fact, Zelensky has long been ready to withdraw Ukrainian forces from Donbas. But he does not announce this. Because he wants to withdraw Ukrainian forces from Donbas either in exchange for Trump allowing him to remain as President of Ukraine, or postponing the elections for a long time, or rigging the elections in his favor. The most important thing for Zelensky is this, not Donbas,” Markov said.
