Azerbaijan handed over 10 Armenians and one Russian (citizen of Armenia) remaining in Karabakh to Yerevan.
Elchi.az reports that this was stated by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan.
“They remained there after the complete transfer of Karabakh under the control of Azerbaijan in September 2023 and the migration of the population to Armenia. They appealed to the competent authorities of Armenia and Azerbaijan, and on the basis of these appeals, they were transferred to the Armenian side,” he said.
