President Signs Charter on Azerbaijan’s Accession to the “Peace Council” as a Founding Member State

President Ilham Aliyev has signed the charter on Azerbaijan’s accession to the “Peace Council” as a Founding Member State.

Elchi.az reports that the President of Azerbaijan signed the document together with the Prime Minister of Bulgaria.
