Elchi.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said this in an interview with Euronews TV on January 20 in Davos.
“Every country must adapt its strategy and policy to its potential, including building good relations with as many countries as possible, primarily in its region, and then globally. Azerbaijan has achieved exactly that,” the head of state noted.
