The fifth stage of the political dialogue between Turkey and Greece was held in Athens.
This was reported to Elchi.az from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey (MFA).
According to the information, the meeting took place at the level of deputy foreign ministers of the two countries.
At the meeting between the delegations led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey Mehmet Kamal Bozay and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece Alexandra Papadopoulou, developments since the previous political dialogue held in Ankara in June last year were reviewed.
At the same time, preparations for the sixth High-Level Cooperation Council meeting, which is planned to be held in Turkey in the coming period, were discussed, and joint commitments to develop cooperation at the bilateral and international levels were confirmed.
In addition, the parties exchanged views on current developments in regional and international issues.
