The US is suspending the issuance of visas for citizens of 75 countries.
Elchi.az reports that the State Department has made the decision.
The list of countries for which visa issuance has been suspended includes Somalia, Afghanistan, Brazil, Russia, Iran, Iraq, Egypt, Thailand, Yemen, and other countries.
It was noted that the decision was made within the framework of “more thorough screening of applicants” and will take effect on January 21.
