Zaur Hajiyev has been appointed as the new head coach of the “Khankendi” football team, which plays in the Azerbaijan II League.

He replaced Ibrahim Uzuncan in this position.
The specialist, who has a UEFA “B” category coaching license, has worked at the “Gabala” Football Academy for many years, achieved success in the country’s championships with various age groups, and represented Azerbaijan in the UEFA Youth Champions League with the U-19 team.
It should be noted that Zaur Hajiyev last worked as an assistant coach at “Karvan-Yevlax”.
