Individuals who incited minors to crime have been arrested.

It was reported that the police received information about two minors approaching people on the central streets of the capital and stealing their handbags and valuables. These individuals were detained by the employees of the Sabail District Police Department.
Investigations revealed that the minors were incited to illegal acts by their close relatives.
As a continuation of the measures, those persons, 23-year-old Ikram Bukavazin and 35-year-old Malik Badirov, were also identified and detained. It was proven by the conducted investigative actions that they directed the minors to the mentioned illegal actions. A criminal case has been initiated regarding the fact. By the decision of the court, a preventive measure of detention was chosen against I. Bukavazin and M. Badirov.
