Eight servicemen of the Special Units of the Law Enforcement Command were killed as a result of the riots in Iran.

It was reported that the deaths were recorded on January 8 and 9. “The servicemen were killed as a result of an attack by rioters who opened fire and beat law enforcement officers with various weapons,” the report said.

According to the information, 200 terrorists who created the armed incident were arrested, and a large amount of ammunition, weapons, grenades and Molotov cocktails were seized from the shelters of the rioters.
