A strong earthquake has hit Japan.
Elchi.az reports with reference to foreign media that the country’s Main Meteorological Administration has released information about this.
The epicenter of the 5.5 magnitude earthquake was on the island of Io, and the underground focus was recorded at a depth of 30 km.
There is no information about damage and casualties, and no tsunami warning has been issued.
