The latest owner of the “Golden Ball”, Ousmane Dembele, may not sign a new contract with PSG.
Elchi.az reports with reference to foreign media that the Paris club has offered the French striker a new contract with an annual salary of 30 million euros.
However, the football player’s representative does not agree with this amount and demands double the salary. Dembele’s individual awards won in 2025 are cited as the reason.
According to reports, PSG intends to strictly protect its salary structure. The club does not want to disrupt the balance between star football players and for this reason does not intend to agree to the demands.
It should be noted that Dembele’s current contract with PSG is valid until the summer of 2028. The Transfermarkt portal estimates the football player’s market value at 100 million euros.
This season, Usman Dembele has played 16 games in all tournaments for PSG, scored 6 goals and provided 4 assists.
