UEFA’s Disciplinary Committee has sanctioned the German club Bayern Munich with a partial stadium closure.
Elchi.az reports that the official website of the Munich representative has released information about this.
The Bundesliga representative was punished due to the use of pyrotechnic devices by fans in the home game against Sporting (Portugal) in the UEFA Champions League in December last year.
According to the decision, the South Stand of the “Allianz Arena” stadium, where Bayern plays its home games, will be closed to fans in the next match against Union (Belgium) in the Champions League.
In addition, the club has been fined 50,000 euros.
