Fires have been recorded in the territories of Fuzuli and Jabrayil regions.
Elchi.az reports that the fire incident started in a shrubbery area in the village of Cocuq Marjanli, Jabrayil region.
The fire then expanded and spread to the territories of Mirzanagilar and Gazaklar villages of Fuzuli region.
According to the information, the fire expanded and crossed the border area along the Araz River.
Two fire brigades from the Fuzuli District State Fire Protection Unit and two fire brigades from the Jabrayil District State Fire Protection Unit of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were involved in the area.
Currently, measures are being taken to extinguish the fire.
An investigation is underway into the incident.

The “112” hotline of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received information about a fire in an open area in the direction of Cocuq Marjanli village of Jabrayil region, Horadiz city of Fuzuli region, Ahmadalilar settlement, Gazaklar and Mirzanagili villages.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that in connection with the information, the forces of the Jabrayil and Fuzuli District Fire Protection Units of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were immediately involved in the area.
Currently, necessary and urgent measures are being continued to extinguish fires mainly in shrubby areas.
