Elchi.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev said these words at the official opening ceremony of the “Khizi-Absheron” Wind Power Plant in Baku.
“Today, the financial situation of our country is very positive. I have spoken extensively about this issue recently. I just have to say that the reforms we have carried out in this area and the successes achieved are also evaluated by the world’s leading rating agencies. It is no coincidence that today our credit rating has been further increased and raised to the level of investment and positive forecast rating,” the President said.
