COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company was liquidated by Order No. 1167/ü dated December 30, 2025, of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Elchi.az reports that a liquidation commission has been established in this regard.
Claims related to the creditor debts of the liquidated COP29 Azerbaijan Operating Company must be submitted to the liquidation commission within 2 months.
Claims will not be considered after the indicated period.
