A meeting of the “Coalition of the Willing” with the participation of representatives from more than 27 countries has started at the Élysée Palace.

“Bloomberg” writes that European leaders and US officials are trying to finalize a security guarantee agreement. This agreement envisages the presence of US troops on the territory of Ukraine to ensure the sustainability of any peace agreement.
According to sources, the negotiations in Paris will focus on how to integrate Washington’s recently proposed capabilities with coalition plans.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also plans to hold a meeting with the NATO Secretary General and US representatives.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that Europe and the United States are in the final stage of agreeing on a common position on ending the Russia-Ukraine war. These agreements may be signed in the coming days, probably in Washington.
According to Tusk, the parties have already reached an agreed basis for negotiations – we are talking about 20 points of the future peace agreement and documents that will determine the format of cooperation between Europe and the United States in the restoration of Ukraine after the war.
A representative of the EU told “Politico” in a statement that participants in the negotiations are gradually agreeing on “six or seven different documents” regarding various aspects of the ceasefire and the post-war structure.
Among them are a 20-point peace plan jointly prepared by the EU and the US, a document on security guarantees and another document on economic development. The documents must be signed by all parties, including Russia.
