The liquidation process of “Azer-Asiya Müştərək Sığorta Şirkəti” Open Joint Stock Company (OJSC) is being completed.
Elchi.az reports that this was stated by the OJSC. According to the information, the fulfillment of the insurance company’s obligations has been fully completed.
In this regard, an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of “Azer-Asiya Müştərək Sığorta Şirkəti” will be held on February 2. The agenda of the general meeting includes the liquidation of the company and the resolution of issues arising from it.
It should be reminded that “Azer-Asiya Müştərək Sığorta Şirkəti” OJSC was registered in 2007. The legal representative of the OJSC with a charter capital of 800,000 manats is Hacıyev Aftandil Əsgər oğlu.
