A new functionality has been implemented in the “Labor and Employment” subsystem (EMAS) that ensures the execution of the requirements of the legislation regarding the payment of labor of healthcare workers financed from the budget.
Elchi.az reports that the State Labor Inspectorate Service has released information about this.
Thus, when labor contracts are entered into EMAS, it becomes possible to include the appropriate supplements stipulated in the legislation to the salaries of healthcare workers working in difficult working conditions.
At the same time, the new opportunity creates conditions for more accurate formation of data in EMAS and effective management of labor relations in the digital environment.
