Residents of Kurdamir, Mingachevir, Yevlakh, Agdash, Goychay, Ujar, and Zardab can participate in the reception.
Residents of the mentioned cities and regions can register for the reception by calling the Call Center of the Ministry of Science and Education at 146 – 2 and 146 – 6 (only during business days and hours) until January 16 (until 18:00). In addition, it is possible to send an electronic application to the https://edu.gov.az/az/contact_us section of the ministry’s official website or via WhatsApp to +994 51 206 78 48.
Please note that registration is required to participate in the reception.
