In December 2025, the Analytical Expertise Center (AEC) of the Ministry of Health conducted inspections in a total of 25 pharmacies.
Elchi.az reports that the AEC has released information about this.
It was reported that 9 of these inspections were conducted in Baku, and 16 were conducted in pharmacies located in other cities and regions of the republic.
“11 of the inspections were planned, and 14 were unscheduled.
As a result of the inspections, various deficiencies were detected in 7 pharmacies, and relevant administrative protocols were drawn up in connection with these cases under Articles 210.1, 452.1 and 452.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan,” the information stated.
