UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres spoke about the incident in the city of Khorly, Kherson region of Ukraine.

According to him, the Secretary-General expressed his deep concern about the increasing number of civilian casualties in the Russia-Ukraine conflict, as well as the destruction of essential civilian infrastructure, including energy facilities and ports, as a result of attacks in both Ukraine and Russia.
“Attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure are prohibited under international law. Wherever they occur, they are unacceptable and must stop,” Dujarric stressed. He said that A. Guterres called for an end to the Russia-Ukraine war.
