The Ministry of Justice held trainings for judges

Trainings on civil law and civil procedure, as well as administrative law and procedure, were held for judges with the organization of the Ministry of Justice, the joint support of the Judicial-Legal Council and the Supreme Court.

This was reported to Elchi.az by the Ministry of Justice.

It was reported that the trainings were conducted by Professor Azer Aliyev from the Martin Luther University of Halle-Wittenberg, Germany, Professor Konstantin Branovitskiy, Head of the Legal Technology Laboratory of the same University, and Jorg Pudelka, Judge of the Administrative Court of Berlin, Germany.

32 judges from various instances participated in the trainings organized to develop judges as trainers and then increase the knowledge and skills of other judges and candidates for judges through these judges.

The Ministry of Justice carries out the initial long-term training of candidates for judges and the continuous training of judges in order to complete the judge corps in our country, to provide the judicial authority with professional judges, and to improve the training of judges within this framework.
