Those who drive a moped without wearing a motorcycle helmet or without fastening it will be fined.
According to Elchi.az, this was reflected in the amendment to the Code of Administrative Offenses, which was discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis.
According to the project, driving a moped without wearing a motorcycle helmet or without fastening it, or carrying passengers on a moped who do not have a motorcycle helmet or do not fasten it, will be fined forty manats.
The bill was put to a vote and adopted in the first reading.
