A total of 1687 students studying in higher and secondary specialized education institutions applied to change their educational institution, major, and form of education for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Elchi.az reports that this was noted in the annual report of the Ministry of Science and Education.
It was reported that 958 applications were concluded with a positive result.
