Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that the 20-point peace plan has already been 90 percent agreed upon.
Elchi.az reports that US security guarantees are 100%.
“The 20-point plan has been 90% agreed upon, security guarantees from the US are 100%, guarantees from the US and Europe are 90%, the military dimension is 100%, and the welfare plan is nearing completion,” the head of state said at a press conference.
At the same time, US President Donald Trump also confirmed that 95% of the work has been completed.
