The subsistence minimum for the next year will be 300 manats across the country.
According to Elchi.az, this is reflected in the law “On the subsistence minimum in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026”, approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
Thus, the subsistence minimum for the next year has been increased by 15 manats.
The subsistence minimum in 2026 will be determined in the amount of 317 manats for the able-bodied population, 245 manats for pensioners, and 260 manats for children.
After discussions, the project was put to a vote and adopted in the third reading.
