“National Action Plan on Gender (Men and Women) Equality in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026-2028” has been approved.
Elchi.az reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed the Order in this regard.
According to the Order, the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall:
Coordinate the implementation of the measures stipulated in the National Action Plan;
Inform the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan once a year on the implementation of the National Action Plan.
The Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication has been instructed to monitor and evaluate the implementation of the measures envisaged in the National Action Plan based on the order of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The Cabinet of Ministers must resolve the issues arising from this Order.
