President of the State of Palestine, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Palestine Liberation Organization Mahmoud Abbas sent a congratulatory letter to President Ilham Aliyev.
Elchi.az reports that the letter says:
“Dear Mr. President.
I extend my sincere congratulations to you on your birthday, and I wish Your Excellency long life, happiness and continued success.
At the same time, I congratulate you on the New Year – 2026. I pray to God that the New Year and the years ahead will bring happiness, prosperity, peace and success to you, your people and all peoples.
