The physical opening of the Azerbaijani embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain will take place in 2026.
Elchi.az reports that this was stated by Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov while answering journalists’ questions during the report on the results of 2025.
“There are also plans in this direction with other countries. However, we do not consider sharing this information now before the procedures are implemented,” he added.
It should be noted that by the Order signed by President Ilham Aliyev in October of this year, the Embassy of Azerbaijan was established in the Kingdom of Bahrain (in the city of Manama).
